"Imagine If" FAQ
Q: How do I
redeem through the "Imagine If" program?
A: You can redeem your Hooters Card Points toward almost any reward (i.e.
travel, merchandise, service) of your choosing with our "Imagine If" Program.
Log on to "Imagine
If" and describe your desired reward, with a retail value of $250 or more
to one of our "Imagine If" Program's Personal Shoppers through our online form
or by calling 1.800.850.HOOT (4668). If we can find and price what you are
looking for, the Program's Personal Shopper will let you know how many Hooters Card
Points will be needed to redeem the rewards you desire. Please allow 2 to
5 business days for Personal Shopper to respond to your request. Hooters Card
"Imagine If" Personal Shopper quotes are valid for 5 business days and are
non-negotiable. You must give Hooters Card electronic (emailed) or faxed
approval of Point total to redeem Points in the "Imagine If" Program. Our
Personal Shoppers can only assist you with items that can be found within the
continental United States. Restrictions apply to shipping food or perishable
items, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, antiques, collectibles, artwork,
companion services, cosmetic surgery, any financial items (stocks, bonds,
etc.), funerals, illegal items, intimate items, livestock, medicine/medical
treatments, pets, pornography, weapons/firearms, frequent flyer miles, any item
that has been produced in limited supply and items from internet auction web
sites. In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to decline to fulfill any
particular request. A minimum amount of 25,000 Points is required to redeem
through "Imagine If" Program. Rewards redeemed through the "Imagine If" Program
are not returnable.

Q:
Do I pay anything when I place my "Imagine If" redemption order?
A: Standard shipping and handling is included in the Point value of your
redemption order. In some situations, you may pay for additional taxes on
travel packages, unless otherwise specified.

Q: How are my redemption
orders sent to me?
A: Your order will be shipped to you directly by the U.S. Postal Service or at
your current street address or to a U.S. address that you provide. Your order
will arrive either as merchandise, a certificate or gift card that is
redeemable for the reward. With the exception of gift cards, delivery of
redemption items may not be made outside the U.S. or to a post office box.
Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. You authorize us to charge your Account for
shipping and handling upon redemption if necessary. Additional shipping charges

Q: Can
I send my redemption order to an address other than my billing address?
A: Yes, you may choose an alternate ship-to address when completing your
redemption order online, or through our redemptions center. Please note that we
may only accommodate one ship-to address per order. If requesting multiple ship
to addresses, you must complete separate orders.

Q: Can I request to ship
redemption orders outside of the U.S.?
A: Currently Hooters Card does not ship redemption orders outside of the U.S.

Q: Can I exchange or return my
redemption order?
A: You may exchange redemption merchandise only in the event of merchandise
defects or damaged during shipment. Please note that you must call first to obtain
approval, before returning redemption items. Statement credits to your Account
may not be cancelled or returned. If you need to return a reward or reward
certificate, notify us at 1.800.850.HOOT (4668) within 2 days of delivery.
Program rewards that consist of travel, gift cards, or our "Imagine If" Program
may not be returned or refunded.
